InkMuse ("the app") is an AI-powered tattoo design tool. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data we process

• Tattoo ideas (prompts): The text you type is sent to our server and forwarded to OpenAI to generate images. Prompts are not linked to your identity and are not stored on our servers after the design is generated.
• Photos and camera: Photos you take or select for the try-on feature are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers.
• Generated designs: Your designs and try-on images are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes them.
• Purchases: Subscriptions are handled by the platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play Billing) and RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment details.

What we do not do

• We do not create user accounts or collect names, emails, or contact details.
• We do not sell data or use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
• We do not use your photos or prompts to train AI models.

Third parties

Image generation is performed by OpenAI under their API data policies (API inputs are not used for training). Subscription state is managed by RevenueCat.

Notifications

If you opt in, the app schedules a local reminder before your free trial ends. This happens on your device; no push tokens are collected.
